    Gary,
    Thanks for coming out to Canada. I agree with your comments and we @ ODS strive to ensure all of our clients don’t play the “Blame Game”. We as business owners must not let circumstances control us but rather we must take control and drive our businesses forward.

    “Dang it, we have to grow up! Look at the past ten years in the auto industry: improvements in technology, quality, transparancy…all while marketing and reacting the same way we did 20, 30 and 40 years ago.” You got that right!!
